Mooseheads’ Maxime Fortier added to Team QMJHL

BAIE-COMEAU, Wednesday November 16, 2016 – The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League in association with the Canadian Hockey League today announced changes to its roster for Game 6 of the 2016 CIBC Canada Russia Series Thursday night in Baie-Comeau.
Added to the Team QMJHL roster is Maxime Fortier of the Halifax Mooseheads replacing Nicolas Roy of the Chicoutimi Sagueneens who is unable to participate due to injury.
Fortier has played four seasons with the Mooseheads for a total of 155 games, recording 50 goals and 93 assists. Over the summer he was one of 18 players invited to the Montreal Canadiens development camp. He is currently the top scorer in the QMJHL with 35 points.
