
BOUCHERVILLE, Monday November 14, 2016 – The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League in association with the Canadian Hockey League today announced a trio of roster additions for the 2016 CIBC Canada Russia Series including Thomas Chabot, Antoine Morand, and Alexandre Alain.
Thomas Chabot, a Saint John Sea Dogs defenceman, will be participating in the series for a second time. He has three points in two games since returning to the Sea Dogs after beginning the season with the Ottawa Senators.
Acadie-Bathurst Titan forward, Antoine Morand, will make his debut with Team QMJHL following a strong start to the season with 21 points in 18 games.
Alexandre Alain, the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada forward, will also be making his first appearance in the CIBC Canada-Russia Series and has 10 goals in 18 games so far this season.
The league also announced today with the roster additions that Pascal Laberge (Victoriaville Tigres) and Jérémy Roy (Blainville-Boisbriand Armada) will be unable to participate in the series due to injury.
