After a 3-0 win in Owen Sound on Thursday to give the CHL a commanding 9-0 lead in points in the 2015 CHL Canada Russia Series, Team OHL will take on a new look on Monday in Windsor.
Sixteen new faces slot into the lineup, joining the Kingston Frontenacs trio of Lawson Crouse, Spencer Watson and Roland McKeown along with Owen Sound Attack goaltender Michael McNiven who will return for Game 4.
Headlining the list of newcomers is Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Mitch Marner of the London Knights, New York Islanders first round pick Michael Dal Colle of the Oshawa Generals and Arizona Coyotes draftee Brendan Perlini of the Niagara IceDogs.
Local Windsor Spitfires talent 18 year-old centreman Aaron Luchuk and Tampa Bay Lightning prospect Cristiano DiGiacinto will be in the lineup as Team OHL tries to take back-to-back wins over Russia for the first time since 2011.
Team OHL enters action with an all-time record of 21-3-1 in the CHL Canada Russia Series dating back to 2003.
The event returns to Windsor for the first time since 2009 when Spitfires winger Taylor Hall starred in a 5-2 victory for Team OHL.
